WI Week 22, 23 & 24



AAARRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!
well i have stayed the same weight for sooooo long now that i'm ready to scream out loud :(
i know, i know, everyone keeps saying at least your not gaining but for fecks sake not even 1 lb off!
i have tried varying food, fast start and different excercises and the only thing i can think of now is jacking it all in . . . . . . .
ok no i'm not going to jack it but what do i do next!
i'm away next weekend and i am taking a holiday week. i am going to stick to the plan as much as poss and i'll be home on sunday so i'm thinking of doing the wendie plan that week and fingers crossed booting my metabolism right back into touch and maybe even getting a loss :)

  1. Awwwwwww (((hugs))). I really do sympathize. There is nothing more blooming annoying than sts week after week !!
    I would try to go back and look at all your reasons for wanting to do this. I understand the desire to want to jack it all in, I've been there and bought the T-shirt !! But think where you would be if you did jack it in. Back to square one !!
    One of the most simplest things to shift weight for me on a regular basis is by ensuring I drink all my water. Yes I know it sounds boring, but it blooming works !! 2-3 litres a day. I can always tell which weeks I have drank enough of it and the weeks which I havent because it tells me on the scales. Try drinking more if you can. The wendie plan is also fab. Ive done that many times when I have hit the proverbial brick wall, and last, but not least, make sure you are tracking absolutely everything and use all your points !!
    I really hope the weight starts shifting for you soon. I do understand how you feel and yes I know the wanting to scream out loud feeling. Do it if that makes you feel better!!! Have a lovely holiday Mandy, and I will keep my fingers crossed for you too that this starts working because you deserve it xx
