WI Week 11

Phew.... What a busy week, it's Wednesday already and i've not posted my WI!

Well I am happy to report that I lost 2lbs on Saturday making my total weightloss ONE STONE!!!!!!
I was sooooooooo pleased as I feel as if it has taken me a long long time to get it off but yipee I got it, now to work on the other 5 lol

In my seasons challenge I have also reached the goal I set of 7 lbs loss :):):)
My next goal is to reach my 10% which I only have 8lbs to lose to get there.

I'm finding it a big difference giving myself little goals to reach and then it's not so overwhelming.
I definately am so proud of myself that I am keeping going with my ww plan and my husband has commented how much the shopping has changed with lots of fruit and vegetables now and no fizzy juice or stodgy pies lol
This has definately been a lifestyle change for the better and I do so hope that the old ways stay away!

Think I'll pop off now to make some free soup for lunch - mmmm tomato soup x

AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!

I am sooooooo bloody annoyed with myself!
I had a SP this morning and so far I've STS!!!!!
I know it's still another 2 days until WI but i've been extra good and drank at least 2l of water every day!
I hate TOTM ggggrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Please please please let me have at least a half lb loss this week. If not I'm definately gonna have a tantrum BIG TIME lol.

WI Week 10

I STS this week!!
Really p!ssed off about it but hey that's life.
Was due TOTM at WI so i'm hoping it's been that, next weeks WI will be TOTM so fingers crossed I will get a loss.
It seem to be working out that the week before my period is the week I have a gain or STS result, this must be the way my body works.

This week I am struggling so much so that last night I went to bed to watch TV at 9pm as I was already 1.5pts over. I was sleeping for 10pm and woke up this morning really refreshed and ready for another day.

I hate this week of the month, I just want to eat anything in sight, particularly chocolate and when I start I cannot stop, so going to bed was the best possible option. I have made a huge pot of free soup for today (eaten half already lol) and this will help me save my 1.5pts from yesterday to keep me on an even keel.

It's funny as at the start of my WW journey I had 25pts a day and really struggled to use them all but now I'm on 24 and I could eat that 3 times over in one day. I just want more food! I suppose that's how I got to where I am - eating eating eating!

My faourite 0 point treat at the moment is mushrooms - yum yum. I have been spraying the fry light and adding the mushrooms to everything I eat or sometimes just on there own to have a nibble on. lol how sad am I - mushrooms for a treat but they are soooooo tasty!!

Och well, it's half way through the week and 3 sleeps until WI #11 I better have a loss or I'll be very annoyed. I'm only 2lbs from my 1 stone loss and I want my 2nd silver 7 and if I don't get it soon I'm gonna jump up and down and stamp my feet :)

WI Week 9

Oh dear, I forgot to post my WI result!

I lost another 1lb woopwoop :)
2 more and i'll have my 1st stone off. taking it's time but i'm getting there.

I've spent the night colouring my hair and that is certainly a great way to stop the eating. the smell is god damn awful think i'll sniff it every day lol or maybe that would be swapping one addiction for another :o

I have made a few meals this week from the wwmag and the weekdays cookbook and so far all have been a thumbs up! I am planning making either turkey & apple burgers tomorrow or sausage ragu. Just depends how the day goes could end up being ww pizza from the freezer!

Well tomorrow is a sad day. ma billys wee grandad died last week and tomorrow is his funeral. the poor wee man was a fair age and suffered from dementia which is never nice to see in anyone so at least he is now back in sound mind.

2 days until weigh in

I am hungry :(
Suppose I should go to bed but no I insist on sitting here hungry will full knowledge that I have no points left and therefore not able to eat a thing!

Why? Why? Why?

Am I trying to prove a point to myself that I won't break my diet or just punishing myself for being seriously overweight in the first place!

OH DEAR I THINK I NEED A SHRINK!!

I am going to get a grip and go to bed and when I wake up tomorrow I will have 24 points again and I will be able to eat :)

for breakfast I am going to have 2 weetabix with semi-skimmed milk.
for lunch toast and turkey rashers (mmm maybe have a wee egg with that too)
for dinner I am making one-pot cajun chicken with rice from this months ww mag
for dessert (well it is my 5th wedding anniversary) a slice of chocolate & vanilla marbled loaf (that I am hopefully going to bake tomorrow if the kids don't play up lol)
I will then have around 6 points left to spend as I like!

Ahhhh good choices that's what this ww journey is all about!
Not high bad ones that I have probably picked today and is now why I sit here hungry ;)
Who needs a shrink! Not me I've worked it out on my own - AGAIN lol :)

Midweek

Two days time myself and my lovely hubby have been married for 5 years! My mum came over tonight to babysit and we went out for a lovely chinese meal. I had 3 points saved from yesterday and after my breakfast and milk points for the day (4.5) i have had 0 point soup throughout the afternoon to keep me going with some bread (3) and then a ww rich toffee bar (1.5).

I had spring rolls to start (couldn't resist) (2 of @ 5 points each!!!) followed by chicken fried rice but being the good girl I am I only ate half the portion (5) also pinched a few of ma billys chips but counted them as quarter portion (2.5)
So in total 17.5 points!

Billy couldn't believe when I said "I'm full" as I would usually just keep eating and then complain all night about my sore tummy and how bloated I feel.
I was so proud of myself I kept taking little breaks and knew when I had eaten enough and that is definately a new side to me lol.

WI Week 8

Wooooooo Hooooooooooo

Today is a lovely day (peeing with rain but who cares)
I've lost 3lbs, taking me from the 15's to the 14's and I've reached my 5% goal!!
I have now only 3lbs until my 1st stone and fingers crossed I get there in the next 2 weeks :)

I just can't wipe the smile from my thinner face lol

Goos Morning

I'ts Wednesday and so far so good this week. I usually start to struggle mid-week but I'm determind!
Yesterday an ignorant man made a comment about my weight and let's just say he wasn't prepared for the abuse I hurled back at him, let's hope it makes him think in future about throwaway remarks to strangers.
I'll show these small minded people I CAN DO IT!!
Think today I will go on the wii, I haven't been on it for ages and I'm sure it will give me plenty of earache but needs must to shift those pounds lol.
I suppose it's time to get the coat on and do the school run. Looking kinda grey here today, let's hope it brightens up :)
